Stylus Consulting Ltd, a UK company listed on NHS Ethical Recruiters database, has been invited to participate in the International Job Fair, organised by the National Skill Development Corporation International NSDCI, Govt. of India
This event is a significant milestone in realising Prime Minister Narendra Modi's key Skill India initiative, which aims to promote the mobilisation of India's skilled workforce overseas.
As an invited participant, Stylus Consulting has been provided an exclusive opportunity to collaborate with the NSDCI on behalf of the UK Health and Social Care sectors.
Realising the twin ambitions of each country serves also to address inherent pressures around demographic change - India's youthful population and the UK's ageing population; providing the opportunity for a win-win collaboration through the mobilisation of qualified and experienced Indian nurses and other healthcare professionals to employment in the UK Health and Social Care sector.
Moreover, the NSDCI has requested the support of Stylus Consulting Ltd in opening up sustainable recruitment channels to the UK Health and Social Care sectors over the longer term. To this end, Stylus Consulting is introducing this project to the UK Health and Social Care sector.

The Jobs Fair took place between March-June 2023. Over 1000 qualified and experienced nurses successfully registered with Stylus Consulting.
