Niko Phillips, Company Director
Niko is the Director of Stylus Consulting, a consultancy specialising in International Employment and Training. He has extensive experience in international business development in the public and private sectors. Niko has led large training organisations in the UK, launched a successful offshore brand, and developed over thirty overseas partnerships in a variety of territories including India, China, SE Asia and Central Asia. Niko has developed a strong reputation in India over many years which has culminated in this exclusive arrangement between the NSDC and Stylus Consulting Ltd.

Anita Spittle, Expert Consultant
Anita has thirty years of experience in international business development in Education. Her experience spans K-12, TNE, I18N, HE, VET, ELT, QA, and Compliance. Anita is an expert in; Educational project management, institutional audits and evaluation, senior-level stakeholder engagement and management, change management and diversification, educational policy and dialogue, institutional capacity building, Cross-departmental integration and project management, stakeholder engagement and relationships, staff, and institutional development, mentoring new leaders, international school accreditation.

Advisory Board
Professor Clive Bowman FRCP

Clive’s expertise is rooted in healthcare; he was a consultant NHS physician and geratologist for 15 years and developed an innovative service that reached into the community and in particular care homes. Following experience with a regional charity and a PLC as a medical advisor, he became medical director of Bupa’s Care Services where over 12 years he contributed as a board member to the division's growth and governance including some 35,000 beds across the UK, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand.

Throughout his career, Clive has been involved in research, publishing, and presenting in leading journals. Themes have been the documentation of the characteristics of care home populations. clinical measurement and governance. His work has included informing, contributing to, and chairing a wide range of inquiries and reports.
Since leaving Bupa following its global restructuring in 2012, he has held a series of non-executive posts. Of note has been his chairing of Invatech Health and Strategic contribution to the development of its award-winning digital solution for medicines management in care homes and his NED role with a mid-size care home group
supporting the executive team on clinical matters.
Professor Bowman is an honorary visiting chair at the City, University of London.
Robin Hall
Robin has over ten years of experience in the Social Care sector as a Care Home Manager/Bursar. Robin was the Director of the Hampshire Care Association for six years, and presently works as a Freelance consultant in the Social Care sector

Charles Taylor
Charles has been the Director of Taylor & Taylor Care Group Ltd for almost fifteen years. The group operates three high-quality care homes in Warwickshire and Oxfordshire. Charles has been the Chairman of the Oxford Care Homes Association for five years.

Andrew Daley
Based in Silicon Valley, Andrew brings almost ten years of global business development and strategy experience across both the transnational education and recruitment industries. He holds a master’s degree in Analytics from Georgia Tech and has built go-to-market strategies in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific. Currently, Andrew consults with a number of startups in growth, product, finance, and engineering roles.
